You have 13 bans and not minor ones either. A lot of prop pushing and related, disruptive behaviour and not caring at all when dragged into an Admin situation.
I do not see a reason for you to be unbanned.

You haven't put enough effort into your UBR and I don't think that you deserve to receive another chance, as you've received enough chances already.
