You can still see the Location sign (top left corner) although you are in the back of a Transit.
I think this isnt supposed to happen so i post this Thread

Not a bug. You always see your location, in a car or not.

No its not a bug.
It just shows it up there whenever you enter a new area, no matter what state you are in (in car as passenger, driver, arrested, ...)
