Remove contraband breaking payment - Wood - 04-11-2015
Title of Suggestion: Remove the payment you receive when you break contraband
Description: Simple as, remove the payment you get when you break any of your contraband.
Why: I feel that giving people a cash reward for breaking their own contraband removes part of the risk from having contraband, as in the end you know you can atleast get some money return from breaking it.

Perhaps keep it for the police to make it even more risky for the owner, seeing as police are still all about getting that money..

Nah. I kind of like the ability to loot what money is left from destroyed contra. Plus it makes more sense.
