Hello everyone,
Since there is no admin online: "Is it allowed to hostage an officer if they are in the corleone town, just checking out and driving in their car?"
I am being hostaged by the corleones for that reason.

If your just patroling then no due to the simple fact that they cannot just randomly hostage you without a reason. The Corleone Villa is a public area unless closed off.
