Summary:
First of all, this guy was a police officer and ramming everyone with is car, i demote him because even as a police officer he cant ride the car like that and kill everyone on the road.
Now the part he broke the rules.
He went as Civilian asking me why i get demoted, its OOC corversation, then he said "Fuck you" "Motherfucker" and punch me alot of times and start running.
If it is OOC it is offensive to me. Anyway i assume it was IC so i go after him with a tazer, and he start running and saying "ahahah motherfucker" (FEARRP) then the last part. when i was able to taze him, i was making the warrant, and he disconnect. Got only 1 screenshot in Evidence but check logs i don't know what else you can do.
