Reason: Speed hacks, RDM.
Involved: Due to the context, I'm not really sure what to write here, more ahead.
Why we should unban you: Was going to impound a Citroen, driving in the city. See a hacker speed hacking and shooting people (With a deagle and he was I think a gun dealer). Okay, that's weird, never seen a hacker before. Ask in ooc, "Uh, is that a hacker?". Okay, the admin can deal with that. Drive to the garage. Boom, perma ban for speed hacks and RDM, some guy also gets banned later for the same reason. Did an admin make a typo or something?
Edit: I think the admin realized his mistake, I have since been unbanned.
