Summary: After Orrangetisma ran me over and drove off I saw him being chased by another officer so I joined in, after breaking FearRP multiple times I finally tazed and cuffed him. He was asking me what he was being arrested for then he said, "You know what? I have enough of this." Then changes jobs.

Involved because I had a similar situation with Orrangetisma earlier.
This player has been breaking Fear RP all day today. I witnessed him driving off from gunpoint several times.
