I need it so a hydraulic constantly goes up and down/left to right without pressing the button on your keyboard, is there a way to achieve this?

No, IIRC Muscle was removed for beeing abused

The little slider moves backwards and forwards, pushing the money in front of it, making some of it fall down the hole to collect.
