Summary: I come on to the server to find this. TriggerHappyLullaby in the trash bin and Goonswarm yelling "POLICE POLICE JAYJAY PUNCHED THIS MAN!" obviously I didn't so I say they both FailRPed.

I don't think something as minor as this deserves a punishment. No players were harmed and no rules were broken.
