He has Half life 2:Episide 1&2 game installed. he has CSS, and he got material fix and all the other stuff what should he do?

I have the same problem in the lake in v33. All I see is white polygonal lines moving.

You sure he has HL2 mounted? You can do it by clicking on the controller in the main menu.
