If a player points a weapon on you, your suppose to fear it by doing what they say.
If you read the rules you'd understand that it is called FearRP
General Rule 13.
Follow FearRP. You can't attack a person who has a gun (or tazer) pointed at you, while you are unarmed, you must roleplay being afraid of the gun.

You clearly had no weapon equipped in the video:

In the video the player was clearly shouting orders at you under gunpoint to stop, though you kept ignoring him and carried on moving around thus breaking FearRP. I see no reason whatsoever as to why this ban should be lifted.
