Summary: This user created a floating base behind the bar with floating stairs that were connected to a keypad so that you could not access them when it was enabled(No screenshots of this) It also featured a big enough gap to shoot through at the enterance(Doomfort)

I have screenshots of all things that happened there including the floating stairs when activated and deactivated, His friend (Can't remember the name) was building this base with him and was the person controlling the stairs

unfortunately the only photo i got was him being arrested however it can be seen that it was by an SRU (all SRU were there at the time) might help, might not But here is the photo:

I would also like to point out that these faded stairs had no Keypad lower down making it impossible to get up there without someone at the top using the keypad.
