Do you have Adobe Flash Player for Other Browsers? You can get it from the Adobe website, make sure to get the one for Other Browsers, not just the normal one.

I have this same problem. I am running windows 8.1 and I clicked on the link you shown above. What do I do next? Just choose my operating system then my browser?

Chose your operating system, then pick the "for other browsers" option.

Yeah, turns out they updated their website so I'll have to email them tonight and get a download link.
