Summary: He spawned his BMW on top of a unconcious person, allegedly it was a mistake, however he quickly moved back and spawned it after the person were tased infront of him. - I don't believe him, it looked intentional to me.
(NOTE: The reason his name isn't showing up when looking on the car, is because I literally just joined in and hadn't initialized fully.)

I was chasing those two suspects, then I tazed them infront of jack, and I don't think he saw them because he might have been looking in his inventory..so he accidently spawned it on them and killed them.

He was banned for FearRP breakage, he was minging all night, I honestly think it was intentional.

was accident when i respawn my car found him under my car !!!
