I wonder, when the build server map changes. I really need to make a RP for v33x but the build server is stuck at v2d. When does it change ? Also do I need to request admin to change the map ?

There used to be a map cycle, but it got removed for a reason which I don't know. If you'd like to have a map change, contact an admin so they can change it.

The server will not change map until a suggestion that suggests map cycle once again to become active gets approved.

There used to be a timer that automatically changed the map, but that hasn't been in use for a very long time.
When you want the map to be changed, you should send a private message on the forums or a message on Steam to an administrator and politely ask if they can change the map on the server. Whatever you do, don't annoy them about it. I would advise against making threads about it as it is a waste of time.
