Summary: Moxew broke a ton of rules:
- Admitting to basing in nexus 2nd floor
- Reconnecting to get his broken car back
- Insulting players in OOC

Here he admits basing in the nexus (2nd floor). He had contraband out and was just contrawhoring as a citizen there.

He claims there is no rule against it. Clearly basing in the mainstreet + major failRP (Common sense to be honest)

After this whole incident he crashed into my car by driving on the wrong side of the road. when i got healed he called me a "vagina" and "get ebola" in OOC because of his death (which was his own fault)

He then reconnects to instantly repair his broken car.
4 Rulebreakages as a player who should know A LOT better. He has 2 RP points and should behave as such.

I can admit that I did all this, im sorry for everyone that got their Rp experience ruined. I was very tired when I was playing so yeah....
