Summary: The guy posted a ban request about someone breaking fearRP but in his video you can see that he is breaking a rule as well. Here are the rules he broke
Hostage Rule 8 : "You may not hostage people in the streets,"
Street Crime Rule 1 : "You may only commit street crime in realistic areas"
Street Crime Rule 2 : "Do not commit crime in plain sight or under the eyes of multiple witnesses"

User found guilty for fail Rp and avoiding the street crime rules. And also the new job name rules.
A suspension will take effect.
Closing notes: For starters, in Raptor's video you were "Classified". If you read on the News and Announcements, having the job name is not allowed. And your base was down the road from where Raptor's video is. Not outside or near it. You cannot openly hostage people. Especially in the middle of the road. Yes in the video he broke fail rp. But that gives you no right to break rules yourself.
