Title of Bug: Lights not appearing for other people
Description: I cannot see when other people have turned any of their lights on whether it be blnkers or headlights, nor can anyone else see each others, this makes my job difficult as a police officer trying to pull people over for not using lights when i dont know if they are.
FIX or else.

Yeah, problem is, it's not very fixable. I was talking to BlackShadow about it and all the client-server sending was fine. The only problem could be them lagging or something.
I see some car lights, and don't see some, so I'm really not sure.

Yeah i have seen this aswell, it just seems to happen sometimes, never matter what car it is, its pretty random from what i can tell.
