Summary : I was an officer and I had briefly returned to the Nexus when I saw a person run past the window which leads to the garage. I quickly get to the garage via the elevator and hide. I go up to him and start cuffing him for trespassing. Karma said he was getting his car back. He then proceeds to disconnect and reconnect when I had send in the warrant request.
