Okey so im patroling as an ECPD ''Evo City Police Department'' I see one of the rebels running whit a knife so i go out of my car and tell everyone by the area to freeze the BMD ''JustDontTry'' takes out an M4A1 While i'm allready having my gun pointed thoward his face , the rebel ''Weetard'' Takes out an Rope and attempts to nonrp rope while i had a gun at them.
