Hot Air Balloon - James - 08-25-2014
Hello. I have a query, I have asked a couple of members of the staff today and they are unsure whether I am allowed to use a hot air balloon as it could be referred to as a custom vehicle. However, I wanted to do this for a roleplay sort of thing, the balloon is operated with winches which allows it to travel up and down and travels at an angle which causes it to go towards another direction. As previously stated, this would be a fun roleplay to do. The primary question is: Would this be allowed or would it violate the rules? Click here for the picture.

If you have staff permission you are allowed to. Just make it look good and RP Point worthy

I think it counts as propsurfing/climbing, but with an admin's permission, I think you can do this.
