I need help, I have all the material add on downloads, and still the supra model
and the Golf gti MkII model is floating

Have you tried disabling all of your addons?

Try "validating steam files" when you look at the game on steam! just simply: Steam > Library > Right click on Gmod > Then 'Validate Steam Files'. This should put all the files in the correct place. I know this isn't directly linked to the addons, but it's worth a try. Report back here, then we can look at other options if this doesn't work.
Note: Also make sure you've extracted all the addons, that could explain why you're having this problem.

I have tried disabling all the addons and I will just right now try the validating steam files thing!

You do have CSS, HL2, HL2 EP1 & HL2 EP2, installed right?

I do have CSS,HL1,HL2 materials, but still the skins are messed up

I do have TDMVolkwagon, I have all of the tdms, but is that causing the problems?
I will try disabling that addon and seeing if that works
And also for do I fix the supra skin? I really want to see how the supra really looks.

@DerpyHamster if you have TDMVolkswagen, unsubscribe from it and that will eliminate the floating
