Summary: First, i was CDMed and started recording to try get him but missed, then i saw this happen when i was dead, i went back after i died not to the area which i died, to avoid breaking NLR, then after i got prop owners name i left. Second i just saw some guy prop pushing cars, i recorded it and got his name. I did not break NLR.
