Summary: This guy was just minging and random demoting and setting random laws and tax 20 so we went to kill him and he prop killed us all. First time i didnt got fraps on and then went back to get evidence and got the proof.

Yes that chair was OP, allot of our guns were taken due to death etc, peoples M4 , AK47 i used a prop to stop him prop shooting chairs at us and he got into his officer and spawned a hell lot of props so we couldn't get in, but thankfully someone killed him hiding on 2nd floor please bann him.
