Summary: I was Black Market Dealer, he pm me that he wants to buy some stuff and said I should drive to the farms. I drove to the farms and searched for him. After ca. 10 minutes he said he is not at the farm and said that he had raided me, but he didn´t had a reason.

Yes but this is not a reason for a citizen, its a reason for a search warrant for the police.
