I was wondering if there was a way my friend can give me access to his post?. because it is a clan post and I'd like to edit it when he's not there or online to do so, and also sometimes I want to add things, like files that I have and he doesn't.

No you can't give your friends access to threads.
But remember to search first, as it's already a suggestion :p
