Summary: In the slums this other guy is carrying a weed pot, I go up to it.
The cop then tazes me, and handcuffs me, at the end he finally arrests me.
LoneWolf said that I was 'carrying' it, when in all fact I was not at all.

After reviewing the video it is more human error than anything else as it would of been hard to determine who was carrying the pot from the angle he was at.
