Summary: When i join the server i see a prop, so i look up and see a chef on the roof. I see his friend laserfrog trying to get people on the roof. 2 or 3 people tried to get up but quickly got down when i told them i t was against rules. RK9 and Laserfrog stayed up there until i was about to leave.
