It's pretty simple honestly, I was driving my car with ALP (Guy in the white suit) and we spotted some prop blocks on the road,
The guy had been prop pushing earlier so i decided to make screenshots of everything.
ONE9393 was the main offender , I just threw jezzper in there since we passed his desk in the middle of the tunnel towards corleones blocking the way.
