Hey!
I've been questioning something recently, and I thought here would be the best place to find the answer
If I was being chased by the Police for whatever reason, and I accidentally ran someone over whilst trying to escape, do I still have to get out and RP me trying my best to help them or can I still drive to attempt to escape the police? I have always got out and RPed helping the person who I have injured, but it always just involves me getting arrested, and when I've seen T.V show's with similar situations, the suspect always keeps on driving even when something like that happens.
Answers would be much appreciated as this is constantly bugging me

I would say that you don't have to RP helping them. So long as you aren't TRYING to CDM then its ok as you are a wanted criminal.

If it's just one person and you drive away fast it indeed isn't much of a problem, however always try to avoid it at all costs though.

Try avoid the person at all costs but its there own fault if the person is jay walking, its just asking to be killed while its fearless...

Try not to kill but if its accidental then it should slip.
