Thread Title: Ban Request on two people.

Summary: Hostaged two people, a doctor and a taxi driver.
The hostage('s) started screaming for help, and the police knocked on the door.
I shouted them to leave, or otherwise the hostage would die, but they didn't leave (one broken rule so far (FearRP)). Then I opened the door once and shot down Owencodkiller, then another officer came (oberoncobra69x). Then I saw Owencodkiller's voice again, which means he broke NLR (two rules broken so far (NLR and FearRP)). Then at the end an Fireman broke down the door and the police ran in and raided, when I was having hostage's (three rules broken (NLR, FearRP, FailRP)).
I recorded a video with fraps, for evidence.
And another thing, they tried to warrant the wrong person + they RDM:ed Shaho.
