Summary: He entered my shop shooting for no reason - he proceeded to kill a cop with someone yelling "yeah kill him" and in doing so shot me. From what I can see he had no reason to assault or kill the cop and in doing so he injured me.

Insufficient evidence. I dont know if the accused player actually had a valid RP reason for killing the officer, and the video lacks context.
