Why we should unban you:I know it ain't to thrilling to scam someone but, I miss playing CityRP and I've for sure learned my lesson. I was banned about a year ago, and I am a changed person, I have matured, and know my rights from wrong, I just want to play this RP again.

This was your second ban for scamming.
Scamming is not tollerated at all, and one line if you being sorry doesn't make that okay.
I fail to see why you should be given another chance. You got a chance when you scammed the first time and now you've done it again.
