Summary: Monkey D. Ruffy had told me to stand down after I had obtained a search warrant for very high wall. Even after contraband had been found in xTeRiX's house. I was demoted for tazing xTeRiX when he ran from me after I told him to stay still. Monkey D. Ruffy had removed the handcuffs off of xTeRiX several times and he also shot me. I was demoted shortly after.
