That's not made by Valve, so I don't trust it with any information.

Hah, I'm good. Gimme some useful information about the "logger" or else the post is not even worth it.
I have never heard of this, but yeah I've heard of Steamworks.

I would like to confirm that this is not made or affiliated with Steam.
The program, despite Positives claims, is not made by Valve.
The file itself does not seem to be causing any harm, or to be connecting to the internet, but I would still be precautioned.

It's for like, you're talking to some one, they send you a link, and if you're like me; you click close by accident, and you loose the link. Or, if some one gives you information you need, you don't loose it because it'll save it in a .txt.

this could prove useful.I have downloaded the file and can confirm that it is in no way malicious. You download the file, and extract it and you get a program called Chat Logger++. After you run it, it basically just opens up and creates chatlogs in the same folder the file is located in.

Sounds like a keylogger that's telling you is a keylogger.
