Summary:
Eskay became President and banned homosexuals from the city and stated that breaking any of the laws will result in an execution.
I warned Eskay in OOC to change the law. After Eskay realized that the he/she was in trouble, they changed their job to Black Market Dealer. This proves that Eskay had not intention to role-play as President and had full intention to troll.
It should also be noted that Eskay has 259 hours or so on the server, not to mention six role-play points. This shows that Eskay by now should know the rules of the server making the rule breakage intentional.
This player has priors for Fail RP.

We have no tolerance against this behaviour. The accused player should know way better than this.
