Littlestar breaking NLR about three times - PoketScaper - 04-19-2014

Summary: He broke NLR three times. In one of those three times, I died with a tranq and an M4 which he took.
Evidence: If you could kindly review the logs of for kills/deaths under the player of Littlestar, you'll see the time between each life was very short.
It would be great if I could get some money / items back, thanks <3

I was there when it happened, along with a player named 'DeathReaper' and two other Corleone, but I forgot their names as they weren't hanging around with us often. We were all basing in MTL but separate factories.
EDIT: This was a result from him driving another cop whom was breaking NLR but I forgot his name so we killed them both.
