Summary: Basically BEAST massively breaking lots of rule first he, Patrolling on the street as an SRU, Getting out of his car and killed me as a SRU, Coming up to and pulling out a knife as Citizen and stabbed me as in revenge kill and stole my car without any reasons. Basicaly I can't get much evidence but I do know who got involved.

I was there as well and i can testify that he indeed was RDMing. not only david but multiple others as well. tazing people all over the place, if he saw a car he just shot it. i hope the evidence provided is enough for a ban because he deserves it in my opinion
