Summary: Ryann had just started randomly shooting other cops and had managed to get over 13 kills. He then either left or was demoted from the Police Force and became a Gun Dealer. When he came back to base after being shot (I do not know the reason as I was posting BR) he then pulled out a shotgun and killed a F.B.I agent. When we had caught up to him he broke FearRP and D/Ced when tazed.
