Summary:
Basically i go into the hospital see the gun dealer and rebel arguing.
I tell him that rebels arent allowed to wear suits, he ignores me, so i take a picture.
Then he pulls out the Tmp (I think its called that) And shoots us, while running away (as you can see my health was 100 then went to 90.
The people there:

Not really evidence, but i have the two witnesses, and the health bar, and time limit.
Just realised, my health bar was already at 90 when i took them...
Odd... Cant remember it being 90 intill after the situation.

I'm one of the Witnesses, Accelerator, I'll quickly explain what happened:
I was walking along the street, when the man in discussion appeared infront of me and yelled 'Gun Dealer! Gun Dealer!' to me. I approached him and he wanted to go to the hospital, we went inside and he asked for 5 umps, ......
Eventually the poster, Redsparten321, told the man he couldn't wear suits as a Rebel, to which the suspect ran away, he came back a few seconds after and shot Redsparten a few times, before running off again.
This is what happened from my perspective.
