Is guns perma illegal at all times? - Zeyon - 03-29-2014
I just had a discussion with Villy, and he claims that Guns is always perma illegal, even if the president has allowed guns to be sold.
As far as I know, it is perma illegal to carry guns out in public. But what I meant is the right to carry guns concealed, to defend your self and your property.
So my question is the following; Is guns perma illegal to sell all the time, or is the president allowed to make guns legal, with the right to carry concealed firearms?

Guns are always illegal to be shown and carried. However, the purchase and selling of guns may or may not be legal, depending on the President.
