SomeInfo: The player called Regi have done this PropBlocking some few days in past and now i see him agen do the same action and i turn into go and report it.
He were calling Police trough the OOC like it was IC or a radio. He used the chair that i couldent kill him and he avoided me when i told him to go off it. And one more thing that i dont have witness of is that he warrant Arrest me when i pointed a gun at him.
