Summary: I know I didn't get the whole thing, but I am pretty sure no matter what reason, that was rule breaking. I basically saw a policeman crash into a rock and die, then [GU] Lucas showed up and I explained what happened, he called the firemen and nothing happened for a while. Then he started tazing and untazing me and shot me down to quite low hp then finished me off. There was no reason at all for him to do that, I was just an innocent witness. To top it of I think he also tried to do a variation of tea bagging my dead body, not sure though.

Oh shit, I realized the audio fucked up. I didn't really lose anything, so it wasn't that big of a deal anyways.
