If you look closely, then you can see it's a cop and not a rebel.

Im fps, First of all there is no evidence in this, second the third picture shows a dead cop when he was aiming at a bmd and a rebel. I can't see what fizz have done, as i was there he didn't shot

Yes he did, Dr.Fizz was in the Toyota Supra he drove over the cop, and he was shooting the rebel with a UZI.
