Summary: He was going to be interrogated for being inside a property with contrabands. He was handcuffed, yet he went inside the police car. (idk if it is a bug).
He was told to step out or get shot, I typed and voiced it. He said over voice - Nono, i wont, you shall not arrest me etc etc.
