Summary: I walk up to the scene with props spewed everywhere (Assuming Propminge) and in public on the road (Public Building) and I find 2 people, Jack who was a Paramedic, tied up by Bruno (Backseat Administration & Possible fail rp: Not valid reason to hostage./hostaging as Gundealer) Bruno admitted to tying up Jack because he was propminging over voice chat, Please check logs for more evidence.
