Why we should unban you: I should be un banned because i did click the 'X' on my game to leave and i was about to pay the cops the fine but then my internet went down for 5 mins and and i can show proof you by TS.

That show the same time i disconnected and it shows i failed to connect due to internet been down.

That screenshot proves nothing because the ban was issued at 23:50:51. Also you left when warranted, no fine was involved.

they said to me pay the fine $500 for driving at the wrong side of the road, and that pic shows when i got disconnected and it shows i could not reconnect that's also at the same time i was getting arrested.
And why was a banned nearly 1 hour later?

I checked the logs when the call was sent in, it showed a warrant being called on you, then you disconnecting. Also what timezone are you in?

Ah, forgot the ban list was 1 hour ahead, that screenshot does provide sufficient evidence that your internet shut down at the time of the ban. I think that this can be approved, I'll leave it to an administrator.
