Summary: I was running out of the city and the president was in the early stages of presidency so he was being very nice and kind to the citizens and this rebel(memane) simply takes it upon himself to RDM him. I asked him why he did it and he said "assassination attempt is allowed." I asked him why he did it, and he said because he was a rebel and that the president was the enemy.
