Summary: Shakuras was going around RDMing, stealing cars randomly, mic spamming. Unfortunately i was not able to get that on video. But the following video is evidence of Shakuras creating some kind of glitched out prop that swings around killing players. (The prop was difficult to put my cursor on as it was moving, but towards the end i managed to get hold of the name for a brief 2 or 3 seconds. You can pause the video to see the name of the prop owner)
