Title of Bug: Untie/Uncuff spam.
Description:
When you're having a knife or lockpick out and right-click in the middle of the air you'll get a message where it will say the person isn't hostaged/cuffed. Also does this when you're police.
My suggestion is to remove the message unless you're doing it on a person, so when you click in the middle of the air you won't get this message.
With knife:
You'll get the message "That person isn't hostaged by rope"

You'll also get this message while you're trying to unlock your vehicle as police.
